Honeybee Hut – Local Wildflower Honey

Harvested in St. Johns, Duval & Nassau Counties, Florida

Our Wildflower Honey captures the authentic taste of Northeast Florida. Our bees forage freely across St. Johns, Duval, and Nassau counties, creating a naturally complex blend of seasonal blossoms—gallberry, holly, saw palmetto, tulip poplar, and other native wildflowers that shape the flavor of each harvest.

Local honey is defined as honey produced within 50–100 miles of where it is sold, while regional honey expands that radius to approximately 300 miles. Ours is truly local—made right here in the Jacksonville area and loved for its fresh, raw qualities.

Why Our Wildflower Honey Stands Out

Raw, unfiltered, and never heated—packed with natural enzymes and pollen

Sourced directly from our hives in Northeast Florida

Rich, floral flavor that changes with the seasons

Popular for seasonal support and everyday wellness

Perfect for customers searching for local Jacksonville honey

How to Enjoy It

Take 1–2 teaspoons daily or enjoy it however you love honey. Add it to tea or coffee, drizzle on yogurt or toast, mix into dressings and marinades, or use it in baking for a smooth, clean sweetness. It also makes a great natural sweetener for oatmeal, smoothies, and cocktails.

A Taste That Changes With the Seasons

Wildflower honey is beautifully unpredictable—each batch reflects the blooms available at that moment and the flowers our bees choose to visit. No two harvests taste exactly the same, making every jar a unique snapshot of our local environment.
