Our Datil Honey is one of my personal favorites. It starts with the natural sweetness of honey and finishes with a warm datil pepper flavor that adds just the right amount of heat without overpowering your food. We love it on pizza, chicken, biscuits, roasted vegetables, and cheese boards.
We were especially proud when it earned first place in the Hot Honey category at the University of Florida Bee College Honey Show! 🏆🍯
