Cary State Forest Wildflower Honey
Award-Winning Honey — recognized at the 2026 University of Florida Bee College Honey Show.
Harvested from the edge of Cary State Forest in Northeast Florida, this raw wildflower honey reflects the changing blooms of one of Florida's unique natural landscapes. Our bees forage on a diverse mix of native wildflowers, trees, and seasonal nectar sources, creating a honey with a rich, well-balanced flavor that changes slightly with each harvest.
We gently strain our honey to remove natural debris while preserving the beneficial enzymes, pollen, and natural goodness that make raw honey so special. It is never ultra-filtered or artificially flavored.
Every jar is harvested by our family at Honeybee Hut LLC and bottled in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Why you'll love it:
- 100% raw and unfiltered
- Harvested near Cary State Forest in Northeast Florida
- Small-batch family harvest
- No additives, preservatives, or artificial ingredients
- Naturally crystallizes over time—a sign of real raw honey
Flavor notes: Smooth, floral, and lightly fruity with a clean finish. Perfect for tea, coffee, toast, yogurt, baking, charcuterie boards, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.
Please note: Because our bees follow nature, the color, aroma, and flavor may vary slightly from season to season, making every harvest uniquely Florida.
