BEEKEEPING PRESENTATION
A few days ago, I drove to my hometown of Kingman, Kansas to present a talk on beekeeping at the Kingman Carnegie Library. It was part of their weekly Wednesday series of programs for the youth in the county.

They were an attentive group of youth and had great questions. One young man was very knowledgeable as his uncle has bees. He shared with me about his uncle catching a recent swarm.

I was fortunate that a young lady was willing to assist me and tried on the beekeeping suit. She thought it was hot and it was heavy. Sound familiar? 🙂
